Go Buck Wild – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Go Buck Wild (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a booking, the client (“you,” “your,” “the hirer”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Identification

  • All bookings require the client to be 18 years of age or older.

  • Valid photo identification (ID) is required for all bookings to confirm age and eligibility.

  • The person making the booking is responsible for providing accurate details and ensuring that all guests comply with these Terms.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

2. Payment & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • The balance payment must be made prior to or at the time of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods provided by the Company.

  • If payment is not received as required, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without liability.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur 100% of the agreed booking fee.

  • In the event that the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., performer illness, travel restrictions, safety concerns), we will provide either a replacement entertainer or a full refund of monies paid.

4. Performer & Guest Conduct

  • Our entertainers (female strippers and topless waitresses) provide professional entertainment only.

  • No sexual services are offered or implied. Any requests for illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the performance with no refund.

  • Clients and guests must treat performers with respect and dignity at all times.

  • Performers have the right to stop their performance or leave the premises if they feel unsafe, harassed, or mistreated.

  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment for performers, including private hire venues and private residences.

5. Legal Compliance

  • All services provided comply with the laws and regulations of New South Wales, including but not limited to the Summary Offences Act 1988 (NSW) and relevant licensing requirements.

  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the venue permits adult entertainment and complies with local council and licensing laws.

6. Safety & Venue Requirements

  • The hirer must ensure the venue is safe, accessible, and appropriate for performances.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the venue is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • The hirer is responsible for managing guests and ensuring performers are not exposed to dangerous, threatening, or abusive behavior.

7. Liability

  • The Company accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damages sustained by the client, guests, or venue as a result of the entertainment service.

  • The hirer accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to performers’ property or person during the event.

  • Performers are independent contractors. While the Company facilitates bookings, all liability for behavior during the event rests with the hirer and attendees.

8. Privacy & Media

  • No photos or videos may be taken of performers without their express consent.

  • The Company reserves the right to take legal action if performers’ privacy is breached.

  • Client information is kept confidential in accordance with Australian privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Force Majeure

  • The Company is not liable for cancellations or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including accidents, illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, or transport issues.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking with Go Buck Wild, the hirer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
